What is the Lifetime Quality Guarantee?  

At Angels Touch, we take pride in the quality and durability of our custom photo magnets. Made from premium materials, our magnets are built to last. If you experience any issues, we’ll replace them free of charge.  

Which products are covered by the Lifetime Quality Guarantee?  

All of our custom photo magnets are covered under the Lifetime Quality Guarantee, so you can trust in the quality of each precious memory.

Do you offer international shipping?  

Yes, we ship internationally for a flat rate of £10. Please note that tracking will activate once your package leaves the UK

What is Same Day Dispatch?  

For any order placed before 1 PM GMT, we guarantee same day dispatch. This means your order will be packed, fulfilled, and taken to a shipping location on the same business day.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Centres?  

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Centres. If you would like to arrange delivery to one of these locations, please email us at support@angelstouchuk.com. Extra fees may apply.

Where can I find my order confirmation or tracking details?  

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder. For questions, feel free to contact us at support@angelstouchuk.com.
